Aerial view looking west, of Nakama Creek harbor, with Nawi Island on the right and the town of Savusavu on the (left) southern shore and situated on the peninsula which stretches to the west and forms the southern edge of the greater Savusavu Bay. At the far western end of this peninsula is Lesiaceva Point with a large under water reef which is very popular for snorkeling and scuba diving. The popular local dive shop, Eco Divers of Waitui Marine, offers tours and dive excursions to this famous reef as well as other beautiful spots in the bay and local area. The famous Jean-Michel Cousteau Resort Hotel occupies the west end of the peninsula and overlooking the reef, for those who wish to live and dive in luxury.
